Welcome Party

A welcome party will be held at the Enoshima Yacht Harbor Yacht House 2nd floor, after the race on Saturday, June 24.

On the day, we hope to have a Kagami-opening ceremony to signal the start of the party, and make it an interaction with participants over light refreshments.

There will be a performance by "Soshu Shindo Taiko" and a raffle by the sponsors, so all participants, please join the party!

<About Welcome Party>

A registration desk will be set up upon entry to the party. ID cards will be checked at the registration desk, so please be sure to bring your ID card with you.

l ID card (distributed at registration)

※ For support person vessel, 2 card per boat will be distributed at registration.

※ 1,000 yen (cash only) are need for those who do not have an ID card.

l Only competitors are eligible for the sponsor's raffle.

We have prepared many gorgeous prizes including a pair of accommodation coupons for a hot spring resort, bicycles, and more!

l Alcoholic and soft drinks will be served.

ウェルカムパーティのご案内

6月24日（土）レース終了後にヨットハウス2階にてウェルカムパーティを行います。

当日は、鏡開きをスタートの合図とし、軽食と共に参加者の皆様との交流会とできればと思います。相州　神童太鼓のパフォーマンス、協賛会社の抽選会も行いますので参加者の皆様はぜひご参加ください。

＜ウェルカムパーティ参加について＞

パーティー入場に際し、パーティー受付を行います。受付ではIDカードのチェックを行いますので、IDカードを必ずご持参ください。

l IDカード（大会受付時に配布）

※ サポートボートは１艇につきIDカード2枚を受付時に配布します。

※ IDをお持ちでない方で参加希望がある場合は1000円で参加頂けます。(支払いは現金のみ)

l 協賛会社の抽選会の対象は大会に参加する選手のみとなります。

「森と湖の温泉リゾートアンダの森　ペア宿泊券」、「自転車」をはじめ、豪華賞品を多数準備しております。

l アルコール、ソフトドリンクの準備もあります。
