ASAF Sailing Cup 2018 concluded
From youth sailors to Olympic gold medalist race together, ASAF Sailing Cup JSAF Enoshima Olympic Week 2018 finished.
Japanese sailors won three gold, one sliver and one bronze. 470 Men’s Keiju Okada and Junpei Hpkazono consecutive victories since Sailing’s World Cup Series Enoshima. 470 Women’s Ai Yoshida and Miho Yoshioka show world champion’s skills. All races in first finish, 420’s Yoshiki Tamayama and Shun Takasuga also got gold medal.
RS:X Women’s Fujiko Onisi done very well on final day. She finished 1-1-1 and jumped up second overall. Laser’s Kenji Nanri was third overall he remained a podium.
Sailors struggled light and shifty wind, swell too. Enoshima is the venue for the sailing event for Tokyo 2020. Two years to go.
