Delete NoR item 3.7, and insert new item 3.7:
The regatta is open to boats competing in the following events.
Delete NoR item 4, and insert new item 4:
4.FEES
4.1. Fees are stated in JPY and include any local taxes. Entries received and paid by 20th August 2018 will qualify for the early Entry fee. Entries submitted by within 13days of the start of the regatta and paid will be eligible for a late entry fee.
Entry fees include participation fees for the harbor usage fee (Boat park fee and competitor's shower fee and coach or supporter shower fee) from 19th September to 26th September 2018. The Harbor usage fee of the Coach or Support Boats is not included in the entry fees.
Example: Boat park fee (length 4.5 - 5.0 m 1,470 JPY / day) Shower fee (1 person 220 yen / day)
Entry fees for Non-Japanese Competitors are accepted to be paid online by PayPal.
Entry fees for Japanese Competitors are accepted to be paid by Bank Transfer.

22. [DP] [NP] MEDIA RIGHTS, CAMERAS AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
22.1. By participating in an event of the ASAF Sailing Cup JSAF Enoshima Olympic Week 2018 competitors automatically grant to the Organizing Authority, Japan Sailing Federation, their sponsors the right in perpetuity to make, use and show, from time to time at their discretion, any motion pictures and live, taped or filmed television and other reproductions of the athlete during the period of the competition without compensation.
22.2. Boats may be required to carry cameras, sound equipment and positioning equipment as specified and supplied by the Organizing Authority and in accordance.
22.3. The top three competitors as well as the individual race winners may be required to attend a media press conference each day.
22.4. Competitors may be required for interviews at the regatta.
